Upon receipt of a claim of nonperformance, we will work with you to attempt to resolve the complaint. If we determine that the work has not been performed in conformance with the contract between you and Rodolph Brothers, Inc., we will either perform the work so that it is in conformance with the contract or will refund the amount paid for work not completed in conformance with the contract.
If you prepaid for services to be performed, and you then cancel your request for services, we will issue you a refund of your prepayment for those services not yet performed. Cancellation of prepaid services must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled date of service.
